Ingredients

  • 1Raw Banana
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely slice banana and marinade in salt + turmeric water, marinade for 15 minutes.

    Then wash slices with plain water and toss with salt + turmeric.

    Heat oil and start dropping slices and deep fry under medium flame till golden yellow / brown.

    Banana fries are done.
