When working on a budget had to try this granola since ai couldnt get the store bought and the only ingredients i dint have in the house were walnut and almonds so I just bought and prepped the granola. Taking mine with oat milk

Preheat oven to 150°C.

Mix oats, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

Combine vegetable oil and honey, then pour over dry mix. Stir well.

Spread and flatten mixture evenly on a baking tray.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Stir, add roasted almonds, groundnuts, and desiccated coconut, then flatten again.

Bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, add raisins, and let cool completely on the tray for extra crunch.
Tips
Flatten the mixture on the tray to achieve a crunchy texture as it cools.
