Honey Garlic Butter Chicken

In a bowl add chicken and season with salt, pepper powder, half cup corn flour, egg and white pepper powder. Mix well and let to rest while the oil is heated in a wok.

Fry the chicken in batches, till golden. Remove and set aside.

In a pan, melt butter.

Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds (don’t burn it)..

Stir in honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes and vinegar.

Make slurry with water and remaining corn flour/starch and add to the sauce. Simmer to desired consistency.

Return the chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.

Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Serve garnish with parsley or sesame seeds.
