Fattoush Salad
Steps

Cut the bread into 2×2 cm pieces and fry in olive oil until golden and crispy.

Chop all vegetables and herbs as you like, then mix together in a large bowl.

Add pomegranate seeds, salt, and sumac to the vegetables.

Pour in the pomegranate paste and mix well.

Add half of the fried bread and mix gently.

Serve the salad on a dish and top with the remaining fried bread. Enjoy!

Tips
Using olive oil for frying the bread adds a lovely flavor. You can also add lemon juice for an extra tangy twist.
You can also add a little olive oil and lemon juice to the salad.
