This is my updated MJlicious Eid Adha Chin Chin In sha Allah. (EID MUBARAK IN ADVANCE)
Amazing recipe, crunchy from outside and soft from the inside, not soggy with oil, moderate sweetness and all natural flavor (cinnamon and nutmeg). Note if you want to make not as much as this recipe, let's say you want to do half of my recipe then slash all the measurements in to half.

Sift flour and add all the dry ingredients and mix well.

Then whisk eggs and melted butter and add to the dry ingredients and mix. Add water in bits as required to form a dough with a moderate texture. Knead till not sticky to your hands. Cover and allow to rest for 20 min.

Flour working surface, roll portion of dough and cut to desired shape

Heat oil on medium heat and deep fry till golden brown

Tips
After draining the chin chin from oil , allow to completely cool before packaging in an air tight container or a zip lock.
