Steps

First take 1cup oats and soak for 5 minutes then dry roast dal urad dal and chana dal till lightly brown.

Grind the dal to a fine powder.

Discard soaking water and grind oats with1/2 cup water green chilli and curry leaves onion carrot and tomato ginger and 1 tsp salt and mix well and add the powdered dals and make fine batter mix well.

Heat dosa tava and spread a ladleful of batter over tawa. Add 1 tsp oil over chilla and cook over low heat and allow it to crisp and serve it hot.

Now healthy tasty vegetable chilla is ready. And transfer to a and decorate with green chilli serve with masala curd. Enjoy it with your family.Enjoy!!!
