Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupbalsamic vinegar
  2. 1 Tablespoonsugar
  3. 1 Tablespoonport wine

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients in shallow pan and slowly reduce over extremely low heat. Mixture should be barely simmering.

  2. 2

    Continue until mixture is reduced to half its original volume.

  3. 3

    Let cool to room temperature and use immediately.
