Oats Gota is a perfect tea-time snack that is both tasty and light. With very little effort, you can make this crispy and delicious snack at home. these bhajiyas taste amazing with hot tea or any chutney and are a best healthy option for evening cravings.

Grind the oats and semolina in a grinder and keep them ready.

Mix oats and semolina powder in a bowl, add water and salt as required, and let it rest for some time.

After the resting, add chopped chilies and adjust the consistency of better, heat some oil in a pan. Add one tablespoon of oil to the batter, then add Eno and a little water, and mix well to activate the batter.

Drop small portions of the batter into the hot oil and fry them until they turn light golden pink in color.

They turned out really yummy. Serve hot with tea.
Tips
1) Let the batter rest for a few minutes before frying for better texture.
2) Fry on medium heat so the gota become crispy outside and soft inside.
