Big Mac Salad

#COOKPADAPRON2026 I wanted to bring something different to a friend’s gathering, and this salad absolutely delivered. It has all the nostalgic flavors of a Big Mac but in a fresh, shareable layered salad. I prep and chill the salad ingredients ahead of time so everything stays crisp, then cook the seasoned ground beef right before serving. The warm beef against the cold layers makes the whole dish taste even better. It’s fun, flavorful, and always gets people talking.

Wash, dry, and chop the romaine lettuce. Spread it evenly in a 9×13 pan.

Brown the ground beef, add Worcestershire sauce, and continue cooking. Drain excess grease and let the meat cool.

Sprinkle diced tomatoes over the lettuce, followed by the chopped onion and chopped pickles.

Spread 2 cups of shredded cheese over the veggie layer.

Once cooled, add the ground beef evenly over the cheese.

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, French dressing, pickle relish, dried minced onion, and white vinegar.

Pour the dressing over the top, then sprinkle with additional shredded cheese and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
