2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of ghee to a pan, roast the almonds, and transfer them to a plate.
- 3
3. Roast the cashews in the same ghee as well, and transfer them to a plate.
- 4
4. Now, add a little more ghee and roast the makhana (Fox Nuts) raisins, and desiccated coconut one by one (roast the coconut for just 1 minute).
- 5
.5. Transfer everything onto a plate.

7. Once the oats have cooled down, grind them as well and mix them with the ground dry fruits.
- 8
8. Heat a pan, melt the grated jaggery in 1/2 of the ghee, and mix it into the mixture. Now, add the green cardamom powder and additional ghee as needed, then mix everything thoroughly with a spoon.
- 9
9. While the mixture is still slightly warm, shape it into small or large laddus according to your preference.
- 10
10. Our delicious and nutritious laddus are ready. You can store them for up to 15 days.
- 11
11. Eat them whenever you feel like it, and share them with others as well.
Tips
1. You can also make the laddus using crumbled jaggery without melting it.
2 . You may add other dry fruits of your choice.
3. The quantities of the ingredients can be adjusted according to your preference.
