Ingredients

  1. 2big Alphonso or any sweet mango peeled and chopped
  2. 4 tbspsugar or little more to adjust sweetness
  3. 1 tspkosher salt
  4. 1 tsplemon juice
  5. 1 tsplemon zest
  6. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash peeled and chopped mangoes

  2. 2

    Add in grinder

  3. 3

    Add salt sugar water lemon juice and lemon zest...

  4. 4

    Grind it well

  5. 5

    In airtight container pour all mixture and cover it tightly

  6. 6

    Set in Fridge for 4 hours

  7. 7

    Keep it out from fridge

  8. 8

    Scoop it and serve it chilled..Garnish it with lemon zest and mint leaves..
