Ingredients

2big Alphonso or any sweet mango peeled and chopped
4 tbspsugar or little more to adjust sweetness
1 tspkosher salt
1 tsplemon juice
1 tsplemon zest
1/2 cupwater

Steps

First wash peeled and chopped mangoes

Add in grinder

Add salt sugar water lemon juice and lemon zest...

Grind it well

In airtight container pour all mixture and cover it tightly

Set in Fridge for 4 hours

Keep it out from fridge

Scoop it and serve it chilled..Garnish it with lemon zest and mint leaves..
