Wash all your vegetables first.

Chop your carrots into thin strips.

Cut off the tips of your French beans.

Cut your broccoli into small bits to cook faster.

Preheat your pan add some cooking oil then add all your vegetables

Stir fry for a while then cover to steam up and cook faster.

Cook until the vegetables become soft. Sprinkle some salt and soy sauce then stir fry and serve when hot.
