Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gPork slices
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspFlour
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 50 gPreserved radish

Steps

    Marinate pork slices with soy sauce, flour, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Add preserved radish and mix again.

  3. 3

    Place mixture on a plate and steam for 20 minutes.

Tips

For extra flavor, let the pork marinate for at least 30 minutes before steaming.
