In a mixing bowl take Rajgira flour (Amaranth), Sabudana flour (Tapioca Pearls / Sago), Varai / Sama flour (Barnyard Millet), Singhara flour (Water Chestnut flour) mix well. Now add mashed potatoes, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt to taste, Sendha salt to taste, mix all the ingredients in it. Now as required add little by little water to it to prepare dough of it.

Take butter paper or plastic sheet grease with ghee. Now take a ball size dough, and with the palm of hand flatten it. Make a hole in it.

Heat tawa, grease with ghee. Now roast the thalipeeth or flat bread on it till it turns crispy and golden color.

Serve hot with lemon pickle, coconut chutney, curd, etc as per your choice.
