Steps

Slice the pork ribs into small pieces as your wish/depend on the size of your pot.

Place the pork ribs in pot and pour enough water into pot until ribs are covered. Bring it to boil. Lower the heat.

Season the stock with 2 tsp salt. Simmer the pork ribs in water for around 3 hours with very very small heat. Cook it until the meat is soft and easily peel off the bones.

After 3 hours, remove out the ribs. Let it cool down.

Season the ribs with enough salt and pepper.

In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil. Pan fry the ribs with medium heat until golden brown.

Transfer it out of the plate. Continue pan fry the other ribs.

Other options. After simmering the ribs, it is possible to bake it in the oven. Bake it until golden brown by 200 C in 5-8mins or 180 C in 10 mins.

Nb. The stock from ribs can be used to cook soup.
