Stuffed cheesy mushroom balls
Mushrooms stuffed with spicy veggies and cheese mix.. Coated with flour and bread crumbs.. Then deep fried. #mothersday

Clean mushrooms and keep aside

In a hot pan put 2 tsp oil, add garlic and onion.. Saute it.

Add veggies and sweet corn and mushroom stalks.. Add salt as per your taste.. Remember cheese and chat masala also have salt.

Cover the pan for 2 min. Then add other spices.. Stir it.

Your stuffing is ready.. Let it cool.

Take 1/2 cup Maida in a bowl.. Add little salt.. Add water and make a medium consistency batter.

Heat a pan and put oil for frying

Mix grated cheese in stuffing and fill the mushrooms with this

Dip it into the batter and then in bread crumbs

Deep fry it in medium heat.

Mushroom balls are ready.. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
