PROCEDURE boil 1/2 litre full cream milk n cook it by adding 1/2 tspn cornflour mix in sm cold milk.

Add 3 tspn sugar,50 gm khoya,2 tspn gulkand n cook it until it bcms little thick.

Keep it in refrigerator fr some time. Take disposable glasses n add this mixture in it. Freeze it now.

Take a glass n add 2 tspn rose syrup,then add some this freezed kulfi.

Then again add 2 tspn rose syrup,then add faluda sewiya.again add 2 scoops of kulfi.

Serve it by garnishing it with tuty fruity n cherries

INSTANT GULUKAND - u cn also make gulukand at home. Take 250 gm rose petals in a pan n add 2 tbsp sugar n 1/4 tspn sauf n 1/4 tspn elachi powder. Mix it with hands n now cook it fr 5 mins by adding 2 tspn honey.
