Soak Chana daal for 4-6 hours.. Then grind it with 2-3 green chillies, half ginger and some salt

Take a pot.. Grease it with some oil.. Put the mix and steam it for 15 - 20 Min.

When cooked, take it out and leave for cooling.

Make onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli paste.

Take a pan.. Heat oil.. Cut the pieces of steamed cake..and deep fry that.

In a same pan.. Take out excess oil.. In 3 tbsp oil put some fenugreek seeds.. Add grinded paste.. Fry it.. Put dry masala and salt..

When masala leaves oil.. Put fried cake in it and mix well. Sprinkle coriander leaves or mint leaves and serve hot as snacks or with parathas in dinner.
