  • 1/2 cupmango juice/puree
  • 2-4pineapple fronds
  • 1/2 cuppineapple juice
  • 1/2 cupcoconut water
  • 1/4 cuppomegranate juice/cranberry juice

    Fill two glasses with ice.

    Add the mango juice or puree, pineapple juice, and coconut water into the glass.
