7medium tomatillos (husk)
7garlic cloves
6dried Guajillo Chile pods
6dried Arbol Chile pods
2Serrano peppers
3/4 cupchicken broth
1/2 tspsalt
1 tbsolive oil
1 tspColombian ground coffee or similar

Toast the tomatillos on stove top skillet. Toast the serrano chiles at the same time. Once toasted blend in food processor and set liquid aside.

In a pan add olive oil and add the garlic cloves and heat over medium low. After about 3 minutes add Guajillo and Arbol chiles.

Place all in food processor and add oregano, salt, and 3/4 cup chicken broth and blend.

Add both liquids from step 1 and 3 into pan and heat over medium low. Add ground coffee and mix for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from stove and let cool and enjoy.
