It's one of the most simplest recipe to make, and it's healthy too

Boil beetroot, carrot and tomatoes in a cooker till they are really soft, add salt to it

Put the boiled ingredients in a sieve, mash it all till the juices gets separated from the pulp

In the last jus add some crushed pepper, if you want for taste you can even add some oregano in it

You can either have it hot, or even cold, I prefer it cold..
