Korean ramen tends to be used to instant noodle, poach egg and few garnish on the top of noodle. Ah ya btw i used indomie instant noodle insted of sin ramyun or other korean brand cz of halal certified. It is soo tasty n sweet-spicy.. ❤ it. I recommended you to recook my recipe hehehehehe

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1instant noodle (i used indomie cz it's halal instant ramen, i like)
  2. 1egg
  3. 1spring onion
  4. 1chinese cabbage or whatever veg u have
  5. 2 tbsptomato sauce (del monte tomato sauce is highly recommended)
  6. 2sausages or fish or meat (optional)
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper (optional)
  8. Seasoning (i used instant noodle seasoning)
  9. Water

Cooking Instructions

    I actually dont like raw veg so i boiled cabbage n spring onion for about 2 minutes, here. Then i chopped them

    Boil instant noodle, tomato souce n cracked egg in same pot. Boil them for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Chop sausages or meat

  4. 4

    After step 2 is ready, put them in a bowl n mix it with seasoning n also black pepper.

  5. 5

    Then give garnish (chopped cabbage, sausage, chopped spring onion or whatever you like but korean ramen mostly use chopped spring onion)

  6. 6

    Korean ramyung is ready to serve :)))
