This is very healthy cooler.. Especially for kids.
Steps

Hung the curd for 10 minutes in a cotton cloth. Do not over hung becoz cooler needs some watery curd.

Add jaggery and honey in hung curd, keep aside.

Dry roast dry fruits in a pan for 50 seconds.

Crush dry fruits coarsely.

Take a glass. Spread one layer of crushed apple, then spread 1 tablespoon of curd.

Now spread 1 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, then spread hung curd again.

Now add deseeded orange, pour 1 tablespoon of hung curd.

Now add last layer of banana and again spread hung curd.

Add milk powder and garnish with chocolate sauce and roasted dry fruits.

Serve cool.
