Boil the meat till tender.

Boil the kunde for 5-7mins then add the spinach and boil upto 10min total. (You can pound the vegetables after boiling to make them soft)

Preheat your pan, spread some cooking oil and start stir frying the onions till cooked.

Next add the meat then stir fry for a short time and add tomatoes, cook until the tomatoes are soggy.

Finally add your vegetables and stir. Cook for a while then add salt to taste
