  • 1/4 kgpork
  • 1large onion
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil pork until soft and tender.

  2. 2

    Chop onions and coriander and set a side. Add cooking oil and chopped onion, fry until it turns golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add salt and coriander and stir. Leave it to cook for some few minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with greens and ugali
