I learnt how to make cheese easily from just milk and yogurt. So I made caprese.

Boil the milk in a pot.

Add yogurt and stir.

Add squeezed lemon and stir.

When it starts to be harder, stop heating and wait until it becomes cool.

When it is cool enough, strain the liquids with soft dishcloth.

Squeeze the dishcloth. Don't squeeze too much.

Here you will get a ball like cheese.

Slice a tomato and the cheese. Put some dried basil as you want.
