  1. 1oak leaf lettuce
  2. 400 Gramspotatoes new
  3. 150 Gramsbeans French
  4. 4eggs
  5. 20black olives
  6. 1 Pinchsea salt
  7. 1 Pinchblack pepper freshly ground
  8. 4 Tablespoonsolive oil
  9. 1 Tablespooncider vinegar
  10. 0.5 clovegarlic
  11. 1 TeaspoonDijon mustard
  12. 1 Pinchsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook small new potatoes and beans until tender. Drain and leave to cool. Quarter or slice the cooked potatoes.

  2. 2

    Peel and quarter the cooked eggs.

  3. 3

    Arrange the seperated lettuce leaves, potatoes, beans and olives on a serving platter.

  4. 4

    Give the quatered eggs on top and trickle over the dressing.
