Ingredients

8-serving
  • 900 GramsFish (Swordfish, Salmon or Basa)
  • 2 TablespoonsLemon juice
  • 1/4 CupOlive oil
  • 2 TeaspoonsGinger garlic paste
  • 1 TeaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • 1 Teaspoonmasala Chat
  • 1 TablespoonSoy sauce
  • 1/2 TeaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 TablespoonVinegar
  • 1 TeaspoonRed chilli powder
  • To TasteSalt -
  • 3Green chilli (crush and make a paste)
  • 1Capsicum (cut into cubes)
  • 1Onion (cut into cubes)

Steps

    Wash, clean and cut the fish pieces into medium size cubes. Dry them and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix chat masala, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, red chilli powder, green chilli paste and olive oil.

  3. 3

    Mix well and marinate the fish pieces in this mixture for about 30 minutes. Keep this in the fridge.

  4. 4

    Skew the fish pieces along with capsicum and onion pieces on a skewer. Heat little oil on a grill pan or a non stick pan and keep the skewers on it.

  5. 5

    When all sides are golden brown colour and the fish is cooked nicely, take off from heat.

  6. 6

    Fish kebabs are ready to be served.
