  1. 1 largesalmon head or fillet
  2. poarch sauce
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 4 tbspguilin sauce
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. 1 largeonion ring
  7. 1 cupspring onion or scallion
  8. garnish
  9. 1 bunchonion ring
  10. 1 tbspscallion
  11. 3cherry tomato

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    mix sauce and put into pan then add salmon and poach 10 minute or more depending on size and thickness

    shake pan every now ,making sure salmon are fully coated with the sauce (dont open lid ),

  3. 3

    After 10 minutes uncover and off heat then top with garnish and serve immediately
