Peel and pit the avocados.

Add the avocados, lemon juice, milk, and maple syrup to a blender and puree. (You can use sugar or honey)

Transfer the mixture to a medium mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and whisk to combine.

Place the mixture into the refrigerator and chill.

I don't have an ice cream maker. So I took it out at regular intervals and whisked it thoroughly to avoid crystallization.

Serve with nuts.
