Mix sherry vineger & Honey in pan for half a minute

Mix cheese & stuff lnside the plum cavity
4

wrap the plum with bacon & fasten with toothpick
5

bake it at 200 C /400F for 25 to 45 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the bacon
6

Serve with sherry vineger honey sauce
