Ingredients

30 mins
3-serving
  • 500 GramsLinguine
  • 2Carrots , julienne cut
  • 3 ClovesGarlic , finely chopped
  • 1/4 CupKalamata Olives
  • 1Onion , medium-sized , thinly sliced
  • 2 TablespoonsTomato paste
  • 1/2 TeaspoonOregano
  • 1/4 Teaspoonbasil , dried
  • Parmesan Cheese , grated
  • To Tastesalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil water in big vessel and add salt and 1 teaspoon oil and cook pasta as per the instruction on the packet..

  2. 2

    In medium size non stick wok, heat oil and saute carrots, onions and finely chopped garlic.

  3. 3

    When the Onions becomes slightly brown and the carrots are cooked, however still crunchy, add Olives and tomato paste and saute till the tomato paste heats through.

  4. 4

    Add cooked linguine, dried basil,oregano and toss it.

  5. 5

    Turn off the stove. Use grated parmesan cheese for seasoning.......

  6. 6

    Serve it hot...
