  • 500 GramsLamb Mincemeat
  • 2Onionchopped
  • 1 CupTomato Puree
  • 1/2 CupCashewnuts
  • 1 TablespoonMelon Seed
  • 1 TeaspoonCumin
  • 1Cinnamon
  • 4Cardamom Green
  • 1 1/2 TeaspoonsRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 TeaspoonCumin Powder
  • 1 TeaspoonCoriander Powder
  • 1/2 TeaspoonTurmeric Powder
  • 1 TeaspoonGaram Masala
  • 2 TablespoonsGinger Garlic Paste
  • 2 TablespoonsCream
  • 2 TeaspoonsLemon Juice
  • 250 to FryOil Millilitres
  • To TasteSalt

    Method for Meat balls: Mix minced meat with lemon juice, salt, Ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder. Marinate it for 2-3 hrs. Heat oil in a kadai, shape the mixture into balls and deep fry them. Keep aside.

    For the Creamy Sauce: Heat oil in a wide bottomed saucepan. Add cumin, green cardamom, cinnamon stick and then add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes until golden brown.

    Then add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, tomato puree and salt. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes in medium flame, stirring in between. Add cashew nut and melon seed paste and water and allow it to boil.

  4. 4

    Then add the fried mutton balls and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes, stirring in between. Add cream and stir. The sauce consistency should be thick. Remove from heat, Serve hot with Ghee Rice / Phulkas / Rotis / Chappati :)

People know me for my love for food. I love to cook for family and friends. I love to spoil family and friends by making special dishes and surprising them because it makes my day to see someone enjoying something that I made with love:). There's nothing quite like preparing a feast for appreciative friends, or creating a special meal for loved ones. I have no formal anything but I learnt a lot from my mum, mum in-law and grandmothers, they just dont measure anything with measuring spoons or cup measures, the skills are in their magical fingers :). The simpler the dishes the better for me, but I never compromise on taste!And I have so much more I want to share one of the great joys of cooking with all of you. Hope you all will like my food :)
