Steps
- 1
To cook bacon - cook the bacon in any way that you usually cook it. I lined 3 cookie sheets with foil and then baked the bacon in the oven at 350 for 15 mins. Once they were baked I drained the fat on a paper towel.
- 2
Chop the cooked bacon into small pieces, the smaller the pieces, the better the taste. Separate out 1/4 cup and keep it aside for the topping.
- 3
Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, salt, and the remaining bacon in to a saucepan on low heat and mix till everything is fully combined. Keep stirring so that the chocolate does not get burnt.
- 4
Line a 8X8 square baking tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
- 5
Top the mixture with remaining 1/4 cup bacon.
- 6
Put the mixture into fridge and let it set for about 5 hours. Done! Cut into squares and serve.
