  1. 2 stripBeef Top loin Steak boneless , cut into cubes Slice
  2. 1 Teaspoonblack pepper Coarse grind
  3. 8 wedgeslime Large , cut into 1
  4. 8 thin wedgesred onion Small , cut into 1
  5. 4Cherry tomatoes
  6. 1/4 Cuporange juice Fresh
  7. 1/4 Cuplime juice Fresh
  8. 1 Tablespoonoregano Dried
  9. 3 TablespoonsOlive Oil
  10. 2 Tablespoonsparsley Finely chopped fresh
  11. 1 TeaspoonCumin Ground
  12. 1 TeaspoonGarlic Minced
  13. 3/4 TeaspoonSalt

    Whisk Mojo Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. set aside. Cut beef steak in 1 inch thickness pieces, season with pepper

  2. 2

    Alternately thread beef with lime and onion wedges on to skewers. Thread tomatoes separately on another skewer. { Here I used bamboo skewers. If so, oil them with olive oil so that the meat will smoothly be threaded onto a skewer}

  3. 3

    Take a tawa-pan, heat it on a medium flame. Place 3 skewers at a time onto the pan so that the meat touches the surface of the pan.

  4. 4

    Pour 1 tbsp of sauce for each skewer and close with a lid for 4 minutes and turn over the skewers and again close with lid for 4 minutes. { I am doing this, to give a little crunchiness to the beef.

  5. 5

    Now grill the beef kebabs and the tomato kebabs drizzled with sauce, covered for 15 to 18 min over medium heat ie 180 deg Fahrenheit. Serve Kebabs drizzled with sauce.
