Ingredients

  1. 4 cupcooked white rice
  2. 1medium thinly slice onion
  3. 4 clovethinly slice garlic
  4. 1 cupspring onion / scallion
  5. 2 tbspcoconut oil or any oil
  6. 4small dice mix red, orange and yellow jalapeño
  7. seasoning
  8. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  9. 1 dashsalt
  10. 1 dashblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Used over night leftover rice or cook rice as usually then fluff up and set aside to cool

    In pan with oil lightly brown garlic and onion.

    Add cooked white rice and seasoning

  4. 4

    Stir fry rice till all sauce mix well then add mix jalapeño and spring onion /scallions for 2 minutes till all mix well then off heat

    Vegan fried rice with mix jalapeño and scallion
