Make a batter with plain flour, egg, milk,water and a pinch salt... Consistency should as of dosa batter.

Heat oil in span at medium flame. Sauté finely chopped onions, green chilli, ginger garlic all fine chopped.

To this add salt, a pinch of turmeric, and 1 tablespoon of red chilli. Sauté it until it's I cooked well. To this add finely chopped chicken. And then add meat masala or garam masala according to taste.

Once cooked. Put it aside to cool. Heat a pan on medium flame. Make thin pancakes using the batter we prepared.on to it add the chicken masala and roll it. Brush egg white and shallow fry it.
