1whole chicken
1/2 cupcurd
2 tspsgarlic/garlic fresh
1 tablespoonmethi kasturi
1 tspjeera powder
2 tspscoriander powder
2 tspschilly red powder
salt as needed
1egg
1/2 tspturmeric
2 tspsgaram masala
2 tspslemon

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients.

Leave it in the refrigerate for least 3hrs.

Grill the chicken in the oven to 250C for 40mins.
