Sticky basa and prawns with pickled veggies
Super easy to make.
Steps

Marinate the prawns in salt, paprika and balsamic

Heat sesame oil and add tomato sauce, sugar and simmer
- 3
Add honey and slit chillies. Simmer for a minute and add the marinated prawns.

Reduce heat and simmer for not more than 2-3 minutes, until the prawns are well coated.

Optional: add spring onion serves and toasted sesame while serving. And serve hot.

For the pickle: julienne the veggies and add the vinegar, salt and sugar. Keep for few minutes before serving chilled.
