1 cupsugar
2eggs
1/2 cupcocoa
2/3 cupplain flour
1/2 cupmargarine
1 tspvanilla
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1icing sugar

Mix sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla

Sift dry products together im a separate bowl. Then gradually add to margarine and sugar mixture, stirring in till combined

Spread into well greased 20 x 20 tray

Bake in 180°C oven for 20-30mins or until pulling away from sides of pan

Remove and allow to cool. When cool add a dusting of icing sugar
