Prawn Thokku
Easy to make. Must try for seafood/ prawn lovers.
Steps

In a kadai, add onion saute well till it turns translucent

Add tomotoes and saute well. Close the kadai with lid for 3 min to make the tomotoes soft.

Open the tomotoes mash well, add ginger garlic paste

Add turmeric, chilli and dhania powder
- 5
Saute well till oil seperates

Add cleaned and deveined prawns. Stir to together.

Add freshly crushed garlics and saute.

Add water and salt and stir. Close the lid. Prawns get cooked in about 7 to 8 min.

Open the lid so the extra water evaporates and the oil starts leaving the sides of the pan. Remove from flame.

Ready to serve
