Every year we get loads of these translucent red berries that look just like jewels, and I was wondering what I could make with them other than jam. So I made this sour drink, and it turned out so pretty and delicious! I will definitely make this again next year.Rinse the red currants under running water, and remove dirt that floats up to the surface. For 1 big honey jar (800 ml). Recipe by mipon

This simple yet highly refreshing drink has been a great hit this summer! Lightly sweetened with strawberry syrup and the addition of whole lychees makes it such a fun drink!You can add lychee syrup if you’d like or lychee juice, but I didn’t do that because I wanted to keep the sugars at a minimum.It looks so pretty and adding some whole lychees takes this drink to the next level.I used fresh lychees but using canned will be just as great. 👍

Sound gross,right? But I guarantee it's super refreshing if you tried it.You can find some pickled Chinese plum in the jar available in Asian store.

I !! ate/drink !!a very testy cool desert named faluda, which is partly drinkable & partly had to eat. Basically it was made with rose syrup & quiet complicated with loads of ingredients. So I made my version of easy one. Surprisingly, mine was not any less testy. So shared here.

My love affair with gin began a long time ago and continues to this day. An old girlfriend introduced me to it and to tell you the truth I have forgotten how I used to drink it. I upgraded to my favorite gin Empress (loved the blue colour) with Elderflower Fever Tree tonic. But my goodness, I had the fortune to go to a dine out event and discovered how fan-freaking-tastic Gin+Elderflower tonic and of all things…marmalade mixed together. Not my idea but wow!

There is a deep depth to the flavors that envelop the palate. This can be enjoyed any time of year, but will compliment a lot of hearty summer grilling recipes.
