Ingredients

  • 1 cupDaal
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspTermeric powder
  • 1 tbspGinger Paste
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1 smallOnion
  • 1/2 tspCumin
  • 1 cloveGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil daal with all spices ,ginger garlic paste and garam masala.

  2. 2

    Fry onion in another pan until golden brown. Add chopped garlic and cumin.

  3. 3

    When daal is done add fried onions to it and do bhagaar.
