Puffpastry with fish filling

Filling ...fish without born 200g.
salt to taste and water boil it and keep a side.
make hot the pan and pour oil add chopped onion half cup, ginger paste. 1 t spoon, chopped green chilli 1 t spoon, capsicum half cup, pepper powder 1 t spoon, salt to taste, celery chopped 1 t spoon altogether saute it and added and mix the fish on it.
take an another pan, put half t.spoon floor (Maida) and 2 t spoon Milk and saute it and mix with the filling
Dough .... Maida 300g ,, butter 100g Sault half t.spoon ,, water 3 tspoon ,, egg yolk 1, Millk 1 tspon,, make dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
pls review the attached pictures to fill the masala. and after that keep it in the oven 200 degree for half an hour.
