  1. Easy Taco Soup
  2. 1 lbGround Beef
  3. 1 canwhole kernal corn
  4. 1 canRanch Style Beans
  5. 2 canstewed tomatoes (or 1 large can)
  6. 1 packagesHidden Valley Ranch Original Powder Mix
  7. 1 packagesMild Taco Seasoning Mix
  8. 1/2Diced White Onion (optional)
  9. 1 canOriginal Rotel
  10. Garnish
  11. 1 packagesTortilla Chips (or crackers)
  12. 1Container Sour Cream (optional)
  13. 1 packagesShredded Mexican Cheese (or cheddar cheese)

    Brown hamburger meat over medium to medium high heat

  2. 2

    Drain hamburger meat and return to a cooking pot (big enough for all ingredients)

  3. 3

    Open all cans and add ingredients to the hamburger meat. DO NOT drain cans. If using, add onion at this time.

  4. 4

    Add both the Ranch and Taco seasoning packets and stir (I use the whole package of taco seasoning but you may want to use less due to spiciness)

  5. 5

    Cook over high heat stirring occasionally until ingredients come to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Once done add a ladle or two of soup to a bowl, crush as many chips (or crackers) as you want into bowl, add a little shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
