In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter. After the butter melts, put peeled peanuts in it.

Keep stirring it continuously. After the peanuts have turned golden brown, remove from heat and let it cool at room temperature.

After the peanuts have come to room temperature, put them in a mixer jar, along with the remaining butter, 2-3 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt.

Grind the whole mixture till it becomes smooth and all the peanuts are finely grinded.

Peanut butter is ready. It can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 10-15 days.

It can be used like normal butter, to be applied on bread etc.
