Ingredients

  1. 2 lbhamburger meat
  2. 1handful diced pickled jalapeno
  3. 1hand full diced red or yellow onion
  4. 1 tbspseason salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper
  5. 1egg
  6. 2handfuls of frences fried onions. finely smashed
  7. 1/2 cupwhorshire sauce
  8. 1hand full real bacon pieces
  9. 1 packagessliced cheese, I used queso slices. your descrection to what to use
  10. 1pkg of buns
  11. 1/2 stick butter
  12. 1/2 packagesranch season pkg
  13. 1 1/2 cupshredded Colby Jack cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put meat into big mixing bowl. Add seasons, ranch pkg, egg, onion, fried onions, bacon, whorshire sauce. And Colby Jack shred cheese. Mix well. Use clean hands for best mixing.

  2. 2

Roll meat mixture into balls. Flatten on greased surface to prevent sticking. Remember burgers shrink alot so press fairly flat.

  3. 3

Add Patty's to preheated skillet. Cook over medium to high heat for first few Patty's. Once pan heats turn temp down to medium.

  4. 4

Flip Patty's after few mins. Just watch them. Once flipped use utinsle to smash Patty. They only take a few mins per side. Once there is no blood color juice coming out when you smash with utinsel add your cheese on top of Patty.

  5. 5

Let cheese melt just a bit then pull from pan. Drain on paper towels or a paper sack. Both work great. I like to season my burger as soon as I pull them with season salt and pepper.

  6. 6

I like to toast my buns on a flat pan. I butter my pan add my buns and cook it at a medium heat. Doesn't take long at all. Just keep a eye on them.

  7. 7

Now just assemble your burger to your desire. I added lett, tomato, onion, and ranch to mine cause I love ranch lol. Hope you enjoy
