Ingredients

  • 10Egg
  • 1 Cupchicken Any processed meat / boiled
  • 1Peppers (Red/ Yellow)
  • 1 CupOnion
  • 4Greenchillies
  • To TasteSalt
  • To TastePepper
  • 3 TablespoonsMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease the muffin molds.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, beat eggs, salt, pepper and milk until nice and frothy. Chop all the remaining ingredients finely.

  3. 3

    Layer the various ingredients, Starting with the onion mixture. ladle the egg mixture once all ingredients are in the mold.

  4. 4

    Bake 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

  5. 5

    What you add depends on your heart's desire, you could even add cheese or make it full of veggies.
