Boil water in Microwave safe bowl for 2 n half minutes. add Oats, Sprouts, salt,Tomato ketchup and rasam or sambhar masala to it. Stir well and leave it for 5 minutes.

Top it with Desi Ghee (or Oilve Oil) stir well, adjust salt and serve warm. You may add some boiled veggies like carrots, cauliflower etc.
