Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 2 tablespoonsred chilli powder
  3. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonpepper powder
  5. 2 tablespoonslime juice
  6. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  7. 1 tablespooncurd
  8. 12 clovesgarlic
  9. 10 numbersgreen chilli
  10. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  11. 1 bunchcurry leaves
  12. 6 tablespoonsoil
  13. salt as per taste

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the chicken  peices well

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken peices with lime juice,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder, curd and salt for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken peices and fry.set aside

  4. 4

    Meanwhile in a chopper,chop ginger,garlic,green chillies and corriander leaves.

  5. 5

    In the remaing oil add chopped  spices and curry leaves and shallow fry.

  6. 6

    Then add the fried chicken peices with the spices and close the pan with lid and keep in low flame for 5 mins.

    Remove from heat

  8. 8

    Serve hot

    Easy spicy chicken fry ready
